Business Correspondent once chooses our available offers/plans showed by Azzunique website and he/she agrees to pay and buy that offer/plan in Azzunique, such type of payment is not refunded under any circumstances. Buying our plan is an irreversible process.
After payment of the selected package, we will create user activation after successful KYC verification. If KYC is not completed, no user details will be created. Completing KYC is mandatory to access our services.
In case of transaction failures due to reasons directly attributable to Azzunique and confirmation received from the payment gateway, refunds will be processed within 3 to 21 days.
Refunds will exclude payment gateway charges and will be made for the actual transaction amount with applicable taxes. If payment is successful but service is not received, a complaint should be emailed to [email protected] from the registered email ID.
